Personalisation 
We offer FREE personalisation on many of our items! just look out on the item description for the option to add this to the items!

 Cubbies bear

Some of our items have a limit in character length, this is because too many characters in a small space can become illegible and create issues when personalising items. We recommend text no longer than 8 characters. 

*please note: we do not recommend the use of light coloured threads onto light coloured items as the text may not show clearly 

Delivery
Sending direct to your precious little one? - No problem, We don't include invoices within our parcels these are emailed to you upon order so no prices will be shown. 

You can even add a personal message to your order, simply fill out the box at the checkout

All orders are sent via tracked services which you can follow on your order page.
Whilst we aim to dispatch orders as soon as we can, please allow upto 10 working days for us to dispatch your order as we lovingly make these to order.

Collection
Local to Stoke-On-Trent? you are welcome to collect your order (once advised it is ready) from our Stores, just select which you would like to collect from at checkout and we will notify you as soon as its ready.

 

Returns
If for any reason you wish to return a product please contact us for authorisation as personalised items are none refundable, If for any reason we have made a mistake or the product is faulty we will ensure to resolve this immediately
         Items which are not personalised can be returned for exchange or refund provided they are in a resalable condition and are returned within 28 days of purchase, Proof of purchase must be supplied.
Sale or Seasonal items (I.e Christmas) are none returnable. 

Incorrect order
If an order you have placed is incorrect, a full refund will be issued  (providing NO work has been carried out to the order) and a new order will have to be placed . We are unable to change any order details once it has been placed, this includes, but not limited to; Size, Colour, Address, Payment Method, Personalisation requirements. 

If there is an error with an order you have received, we will seek to remedy in the most appropriate way, if there is a manufacturing issue this may include a replacement being sent.

Lead times & Just in time ordering/production 
Whilst we stock a large proportion of our products continuously, there maybe items we have to order from our suppliers when an item is purchased. 
Our lead time of 10 working days allows us to order these products ‘just in time’ to complete the order. 
we suggest waiting the 10 working days (Mon-Fri) for notification your product(s) is ready for collection / delivery before contacting us. If your order has taken longer than 10 working days please feel free to login to your account to view progress of your order

Colour Tones & Contrast
We cannot be help responsible for any colour deviation between the delivered product and that shown on your screen, this is due to different colour setting being used on your screen.

  1.  Simply Add the required information into the box 
  2.  Select your Font (if applicable). If you would like to see your chosen text in the fonts available please visit our font style viewer page HERE
  3.  Select your colour (if applicable)

Our current lead time is upto 10 working days, this may be increased to 14 during busy periods. 
working days do not include weekends and the first working day is the day after you placed your order

Returns

No Hassle Returns

You have 28 Calendar days to request a return of none personalised items, please email us on orders@fromthestorkbespoke.co.uk for authorisation and once we have received the item back a full refund will be issued. 

If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.
