Lead times & Just in time ordering/production
Our Standard Lead time is 7-10 Working Days to Dispatch*
LEAD TIME MAYBE INCREASED UPTO 14 WORKING DAYS IN BUSY PERIODS / STAFF HOLIDAYS ETC…
Whilst we stock a large proportion of our products continuously, there maybe items we have to order from our suppliers when an item is purchased.
Our lead time of 7-10 working days (14 in busy periods) allows us to order these products ‘just in time’ to complete the order.
we suggest waiting the 7-10 working days (14 in busy periods) (Mon-Fri) for notification your product(s) is ready for collection / delivery before contacting us. If your order has taken longer than 7-10 working days (14 in busy periods) please feel free to login to your account to view progress of your order
Example:
Order placed 2pm Tuesday. Wednesday will be the FIRST working day, the Seventh working day will be the following Thursday. This is our dispatch time. Our courier also has a lead time from once they receive the parcel to delivering it to the recipient. To avoid any disappointment in items not arriving in time please allow yourself enough time to factor these lead times into your ordering.

Our current lead time is upto 10 working days, this may be increased to 14 during busy periods.
working days do not include weekends and the first working day is the day after you placed your order

Returns
No Hassle Returns
You have 28 Calendar days to request a return of none personalised items, please email us on orders@fromthestorkbespoke.co.uk for authorisation and once we have received the item back a full refund will be issued.
If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.
