About Us

So this is us,
Steph & Andy, Parents to our wonderful daughter Aubrey.

Back when Aubrey was born in 2020 we wanted to buy her the best gifts available but finding these on the high street was impossible! We wanted to see, touch & feel the products we were buying so we thought up the idea to put together all the best on the internet and put them onto the high street. 

With Steph's experience in personalisation from her other businesses and Andy's retail management experience we created From The Stork Bespoke Baby. 
Our aim is simple - to offer high quality personalised items & baby clothing to the high street!  

We have our store based in Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire, where you can come to visit us and check out our great products for yourself and take advantage of our FREE same day personalisation on many of our goodies for little ones.
Not to worry if you are unable to visit us, you can take a look around our website for all of the same great products and services we offer.
 
We cater for all things baby, from Newborn baby gifts to clothing and toys up-to age four. We are very proud to offer some great brands such as Blade & Rose, Little Dutch, done by deer, Kite Clothing to name just a few We also have some fabulous characters in-store; Beatrix Potter, Winnie the Pooh, Miffy, Paddington Bear all call our store home!

We offer FREE personalisation on the majority of our products, just lookout for the option in the product description. 

  1.  Simply Add the required information into the box 
  2.  Select your Font (if applicable). If you would like to see your chosen text in the fonts available please visit our font style viewer page HERE
  3.  Select your colour (if applicable) 

And we do the Rest!

Standard delivery only £3.95 or FREE on orders over £50

Our current lead time is upto 10 working days, this may be increased to 14 during busy periods. 
working days do not include weekends and the first working day is the day after you placed your order

Returns

No Hassle Returns

You have 28 Calendar days to request a return of none personalised items, please email us on orders@fromthestorkbespoke.co.uk for authorisation and once we have received the item back a full refund will be issued. 

If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.
